It was one of the most surreal moments in WWE history. When Vince McMahon appeared on the July 15, 2002 edition of Raw to announce the new GM of Raw we didn't know who it would be. Then Eric Bischoff showed up. The same man that was the President of WCW and talked about wanting to take food off Vince's table was a WWE employee. Vince looked happy because he shocked the world. We were all stunned. Great moment.
