11. Vince McMahon - Smoking Skull Belt

Vince McMahon was apparently livid with Steve Austin in real life for getting the Smoking Skull Belt made without asking, but cooler heads prevailed most likely due to fistfuls of hundred dollar bills being repurposed as hand-fans.

It became just one more addition to the magnificent iconography of the 1998 Stone Cold character, and only fuelled the on-screen fury between Austin and McMahon when the evil Chairman was finally able to temporarily snatch it from his grasp.
