Owen Hart made a habit of arrogantly posturing with his brother's WWE World Heavyweight Title belt during their 1994 programme, with enough such occasions captured that Vince Russo was able to run a Magazine feature on him as an uncrowned Champion.

The company even ran a televised Dusty Finish in August 1994 to bring the visual to life, but it remained the closest Owen got to the company's top prize.
