For a few months between 2001 and 2002, Chris Jericho used a full nelson facebuster as his new finishing move.

Calling it ‘the Breakdown’, amongst other things it was used to defeat The Rock to capture the WCW Championship from him at No Mercy in October 2001, and to eliminate Rob Van Dam from the Alliance/WWF elimination match at Survivor Series.

The move, of course, is these days better known as ‘the Skull Crushing Finale’, and it’s been the Miz’ finishing move since 2009. Jericho says he stopped using it in 2002 because he found it too awkward, probably because the men he was trying to apply it to were, as a rule, several inches taller than him.

Well, you try fitting a full nelson on someone who tops you by four or five inches. Without standing on a box.
