Just watch Tomoaki Honma as he performs this cringy Kokeshi Kai headbutt off the top rope onto Jay Lethal outside of the ring. This happened on Night One of the New Japan's Honor Rising event. This isn't the first time he's bumped this hard. Sadly, it probably won't be his last.
