Ethan Carter III was perched on the top rope and attempted to dive onto Tyrus and Matt Hardy on the outside. I'm not sure what the problem was here but the two men at the bottom just sort of let EC3 flop flat onto the ground. Ouch. The protective mat doesn't even extend that far.
