20 Rare WWE Themes You Totally Forgot Existed

4. €œBreak it Down Version 2€ - D-Generation X, 2000

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUmaDP_sPPA After DX reunited and turned heel in late 1999, the reformed group needed a way to continue to be booed, because they were such a cool group. Part of the reason it was easy to cheer DX was because of their awesome theme song. For the new heel incarnation, in February 2000 they switched it up a bit by having less guitar licks during the verses and more bass and vocals. It was a pretty bad-ass version of the theme song. Unfortunately, this version was short-lived, as one month later DX€™s theme was switched to €œThe Kings,€ by Run-DMC, which was off the WWF Aggression CD. However, when DX reunited again later in the year for one night only on Raw in an 8-man tag match against The Radicalz, they used the €œBreak it Down€ remix.
