Jericho was never exactly a ripped monster (particularly compared to some of his peers), but age has clearly caught up with him physically, and his svelteness is now a thing of the past.

Y2J has become a devout disciple at the church of Dadbod. He's not vastly out of shape by any means, but he's been rocking a noticeable gut for a while. That said, after close to three decades in the business, it's understandable he'd want to take it a little easier in the gym now that he's 45 years-old.
