20 Things We Learned From Brock Lesnar On Stone Cold's WWE Network Podcast

11. Not Liking People

Steve asks him if it's ever hard for him to separate the character from his real persona and he replies that he's fortunate because there's not much difference between the two. In response to how they're similar, he says he really doesn't like people. Brock calls it ironic that he can go out in an arena full of 20,000 people and not be bothered by it because he feels like he's insulated in a dome, but if you get him out in public around people he doesn't do well with it. Austin asks if it's a phobia or if he's ant-social and Brock is quick to shoot down that it's a phobia - as if The Beast could actually ever experience the mortal emotion known as fear - but that he just gets uncomfortable. "That's just who I am. That's why I live out in the middle of nowhere, that's why I have an eight foot fence around my property. That's just who I am."
