20 Things You Didn't Know About The Undertaker

2. He Almost Choked Out Kurt Angle For Real Once

One of the most amazing backstage stories to emerge in recent years concerns The Undertaker and his staunch status as an immovable company man.

During a 2001 flight home from a European tour, Kurt Angle and Vince McMahon got into a friendly rib about who the tougher man was, leading to Angle jokingly "attacking" Vince in the aisle of the plane, much to the amusement of basically everyone watching.

But not 'Taker, who was asleep at the time and awoke to what seemed to be a commotion with his boss being assaulted. So, loyal employee as he was, he immediately intervened and almost choked out Angle in the ensuing scuffle.

Thankfully nobody seemed to harbour a grudge about it, and compared to the infamous "Plane Ride from Hell," it's pure child's play.
