Despite not being televised, Raven's first reign at the top of ECW began in the company's legendary stomping ground in eastern Pennsylvania. The leader of the Flock held the title for 252 days, tying with Taz for 3rd-longest reign with the belt. He only lost the belt due to taking a leave of absence and not showing up to the Ultimate Jeopardy pay-per-view, before winning it again upon his return a few months later.
