That would do it. Ric Flair Finance opened in September 2007 and went bankrupt in July 2008, less than one year later. Which makes sense, because really- with all due respect to the man for everything he's done in the ring- would you trust him to help you get money? Plus, some reports say that the business model the company used "turned out to be completely illegal," so there's that, too. "Dirtiest Player in the Game" is not something you want to take with you outside the ring, Ric. Interestingly enough, the original Ric Flair Finance URL still works, though it now leads to some sort of Chinese website. We're not sure what they're offering, but the featured exclamation "Roo!" leads us to think they're aware of what the domain name is associated with.
