20 Worst WWE Wrestlers Since 2000

6. Lana

She's one of WWE's best modern managers, but Lana might be the worst wrestler on WWE's active roster today. The company's attempts at reinventing her as an in-ring competitor were a disaster, and while 'The Ravishing Russian' hasn't worked a televised bout since October 2017, she remains active on house shows, and will soon compete in the upcoming Mixed Match Challenge series.

Lana was hot-shotted into a SmackDown Women's Title program at a time when she had just one televised bout to her name. Naomi handily defeated her at Money In The Bank 2017, but the match was well beyond the standards expected in the post-Revolution division. Lana followed this with a pair of quick squash defeats to the champ, dealing untold damage to her credibility as a performer, though her complete lack of seasoning meant a prolonged push was always unlikely.

Her failure is entirely WWE's fault, as Lana was expected to work a PPV title fight after just 35 bouts on the NXT house show circuit. Perhaps she'll eventually put the pieces together between the ropes, but at the moment, her in-ring run must be considered a giant flop.
