11. Goldust/Stardust
Goldust and Stardust may stand out a bit from the rest on this list at first, but can you truly deny that their bizarreness has a place among the many different freaks, ghouls, and specters roaming the streets on All Hallows' Eve? You can't. Of course, part of the creepiness would have to come from getting into character, hissing and flicking your tongue while eschewing "Trick or Treat" for questions about the Cosmic Key. Better still is if you and a partner each take a Dust brother and basically move around one-another erratically, peering around from behind each other as you do your best to creep out anyone you come across.
