20 Wrestling Gimmicks That Double As Great Halloween Costumes

13. Executioner

Another classic but often unmentioned staple of Halloween time is that of the executioner, so what better way to raise the profile of this theme than as the Executioner? While there have been several wrestlers to take on the name of the Executioner (or Executioners, in some tag teams), many in WWE itself, it's Terry Gordy's version who debuted at WWF In Your House 11: Buried Alive that we're focused on. Complete with the cloak and hood over his masked face, he also carried the large axe for decapitating his victims. Well, not in the ring, of course. What, do you think WWE Superstars are a bunch of savages? It was clearly for his day job, which was kind of a thing for WWF stars in the 90s.
