20 Wrestling Superstars That Totally Rocked

2. The Honky Tonk Man

This one may be controversial, but where else could you fit the longest reigning WWF Intercontinental Champion of all time? Though he's held numerous titles throughout many other organizations, that one IC title reign is the only one he ever had in the World Wrestling Federation, and in truth, it's the only one he needed. The notoriety of this Elvis impersonator is nothing short of legendary, and his "Cool, Cocky, Bad" theme song is unmistakable, but everyone knows of his record-setting run with the title- one that was reportedly meant to only be transitional, ironically enough. His reign of one year, two months, and 27 days was brought to an abrupt end thanks to an unexpected appearance by the late Ultimate Warrior, but it was enough that even people who don't watch wrestling on a regular basis can still to this day tell you who was the greatest Intercontinental Champion ever. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-W2CT1HAas The Honky Tonk Man still makes an occasional nostalgia appearance for WWE as well, such as his moment in the 2001 Royal Rumble above, or when he joined Tons of Funk in a dancing celebration in their victory over 3MB.
