20 Wrestling Superstars That Totally Rocked

17. Rad Radford

In 1995 and 1996, the late Louie Spicolli would operate in the World Wrestling Federation under the guise of "Rad Radford," a wrestler who embraced the grunge lifestyle and was purportedly even the boyfriend of musician Courtney Love (seemingly implying that they got together after Kurt Cobain took his own life in 1994). Despite the grunge gimmick, Spicolli would not get to do very much with it on account of being found unconscious after overdosing on Soma. The WWF, still mindful of the then-recent steroid controversy, released him as a result. The incident was unfortunately foretelling, as despite getting off of drugs, he relapsed after his mother's death and soon died from overdosing on Soma once again.
