The battle continues outside the ring, and Undertaker continues his quest to make Mankind feel more pain than any man has ever experienced. He picks up a set of ring steps and drives them repeatedly into Foley's left shoulder - the very same shoulder dislocated by the first fall a few minutes ago. Rumour has it that this was a disguised attempt to knock Mick's shoulder back into place, although it's doubtful that the pair consulted any sort of medical textbook beforehand.
