Fed up of watching EC3 humiliate Jeff, Rockstar Spud makes his way to the ring to defend his friend, calling Carter "garbage". EC3 retaliates by hitting Spud with the microphone, but as Hardy, Carter and Tyrus leave the ringside area, Spud attacks EC3, only to be grabbed by Tyrus and restrained. Carter then goes to hit Spud, but stops himself at the last second, instead ordering Jeff to do his dirty work for him. Jeff apparently can't resist, apologising to Spud as he clocks him round the head. Even though we have no idea about the particulars of the EC3/Jeff contract, there's probably no way that forcing an employee to beat someone up isn't a breach of contract, right?
