20 WWE Ruthless Aggression Era Tag Teams You've Already Forgotten
1. William Regal & Basically Everyone
Before William Regal found his true calling as the genie that grants our wishes on NXT, he farted around the WWE midcard for years. Most fans will think first of his recurrent runs as Raw GM and his King of the Ring win, but Regal has also found himself stuck in a truly astounding array of thrown-together, short-lived teams.
It's probably best to do this chronologically: Regal partnered with Lance Storm as part of the Un-Americans; turned face to team with Eugene; began teaming with Tajiri when Eugene was injured; briefly worked with Paul Burchill until his pirate enthusiasm proved distracting; had an all-too-brief reunion tour with former Blue Bloods associate, David Taylor; became a bumbling knight alongside Finlay in the service of King Booker; and finally united Vladimir Kozlov and Ezekiel Jackson under his leadership as the Ruthless Roundtable. Basically, you could pair Regal with just about anyone and wind up with a better-than-average team.
Today He'd Be: Teaming with, like, El Torito, and somehow making it work.
