What's up with all this barking from Rhea Ripley?

Either WWE have a hard on for Charlotte Flair's new Cruella-inspired outfit or someone in the creative room just thinks Rhea's constant shouts of "Woof" are funny. They're more awkward than anything - the same could be said of her generally childish gestures and taunts.
