It is the unlikeliest success story in WWE history. He started out by defeating Hunter in an exceptional match, then also had a very good triple threat against Batista and Orton. When he submitted Batista, thus winning the title. It was one of the greatest feelings there has ever been when watching WWE. Fans had gone on the journey with him, and to see it all come together in such brilliant fashion, with a mix of real and scripted narrative, it was so very satisfying.
