Kofi Kingston deserves a medal for taking not one but two big bumps at Extreme Rules.

The first came when Big E launched him out of the ring for a dive spot, and Kofi ended up crashing face first into a table Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura were holding. There's no way he escaped that without a headache. It looked absolutely brutal.
