You'd have thought that WWE would have learned from doing Undertaker versus Fake Undertaker in the nineties. But no, in June 2006, WWE did a storyline of Kane against a Fake Kane. The match was at Vengeance 2006, and 'Imposter Kane' actually won. However, the next night on Raw, the real Kane literally kicked the fake one out of the WWE. Right before dumping the fake out of the arena back door, Kane unmasked him, taking back what was rightfully his. Although it had been cool to see the mask, the entire story was forgettable and bad.
