22 Injured AEW Stars (And When They're Set To Return)

9. Miro

AEW Collision Adam Copeland
AEW

Absent since submitting Andrade El Idolo at December 2023's Worlds End, Miro has rehabbed some nagging shoulder and elbow injuries that he got a "whole bunch of shots" for. He should be good to go by now - but he likely won't be resurfacing in All Elite Wrestling.

'The Redeemer', as was reported by Fightful Select in September, has requested a contractual release from Tony Khan's payroll, a release that has neither been reported as being granted or rejected as of press time. If The Lucha Bros are anything to go by, though, don't expect Miro to pull an Andrade-WWE return come 1 February.

Returning: Spring 2026, when his current AEW deal expires.
