22 Mind-Blowing WCW Wrestler Salaries You Won't Believe

5. Macho Man Randy Savage, $1,927,932 In 1997

This one is actually a little surprising, as few wrestlers were earning that much money in 1997. It is an insane amount. Macho Man Randy Savage was a huge name, no doubt about that. WCW had snapped up one of the biggest stars of WWF's boom period. But his best days were a few years behind him, and he'd barely even been active in the WWF when WCW first signed him in 1994. By 1997, he was making $1,927,932, as part of the NWO and being involved in a long feud with Diamond Dallas Page. Of that total, $219,407 was licensing money. He was a huge name, that's why he could command such figures, but even with all his worth, earning nearly two million dollars was pretty far out there.
