16. Vince Russo From Outta Nowhere!

With no warning at all, Vince Freakin' Russo pops up on the screen (billed as 'Vic Venom'). He's here to promote WWF Magazine and Raw Magazine, and he does so in strangely smarky fashion: "You think those announcers are shootin' with ya?". Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't those magazines written in kayfabe? Why advertise them as dirtsheet-style insider publications? Because Vince Russo, I guess.
