This is a strange little tidbit, and one which nicely demonstrates the unique feel of the Attitude Era. Back then, everything on Raw felt connected in some way. Even if a pair of storylines weren't officially overlapping, wrestlers wouldn't be afraid to share a little interaction during moments like this. Nothing especially shocking happens - Austin glances at Sable, she flashes him a pair of "come to bed" eyes, and he goes on his merry way - but it's still a nice contrast with today's product, in which storylines are separated to a damagingly rigid degree.
