I have a theory as to why this happened. I must stress that this is a joke and only being used for comedic (ish) purposes. Heck, I'm a bloke that wears a plastic crown on the internet, you shouldn't be taking anything I say seriously...
Kevin Dunn's jaw was really sore due to carrying that mouth full of teeth all day, I asked Jim Cornette about this, it really happens to poor ol' Kev. He took those teeth out, placed them in a glass of water then placed that glass of water on the button that mutes Maggle Cole's microphone, just before the Cole Miner was about to fill us in about the debuting Cruiserweights.
Cole would have been chattering away at the announce desk in the arena, but the world didn't hear a single word that he said...
