I don't know, this is a legitimate question that has split the WhatCulture Wrestling section of WhatCulture Towers right down the middle. Some think it is a DQ, some think it isn't.

Let me know what you think in the comments below. Personally, I think it's like using the ring steps to your advantage. It's frowned upon, but you don't actually pick anything up to use as a weapon. It's just there to be used and taken advantage of.
