1. The Final Will Probably Be EC3 Vs. Matt Hardy...Again
EC3 ended up defeating Richards, filling out the final four competitors in the World Title Series alongside his next opponent Lashley and the other semi-finalists Eric Young and Matt Hardy. Now, we could be in for a surprise after Mahabali Shera was unexpectedly eliminated, but doesn't it seem hugely obvious that the final will simply put us back at square one, with EC3 taking on Matt Hardy? Seems a bit silly to put us back in the same position we were initially in with the exact same wrestlers: it's not only highly unrealistic but insanely predictable and really kinda dull. EC3 vs. Eric Young or Lashley vs. Matt Hardy would be much more interesting, but we'll have to wait and see. Also, why didn't Drew Galloway make it to the final four? Madness!
