24 WTF Moments From WWE SmackDown (10 Sept)

With Night of Champions on the horizon, and next week's Smackdown more than likely to take the form of an angle-heavy go-home show for the PPV, this was the WWE's last chance to impress with some good solid wrestling. Instead, 2 of the show's 5 matches were ruled a no contest, and another 2 lasted a minute or two each. The main event was a non-title lumberjack match between Seth Rollins and Ryback, one severely disjointed by the constant interferences and crowded atmosphere the stipulation typically brings. Being brutally honest, it was a hard show to enjoy in the traditional sense - but was fortunately full to the brim of WTF Moments. Here are 24 of the best from this week's edition of Smackdown.

24. Shots Fired...At Jimmy Uso!?

The show opened with a characteristically creepy promo from the Wyatt Family. Bray did his usual thing, again targeting Roman Reigns (and echoing the opinion of many fans) with his "anyone but you, Roman" taunt. He also compared Ambrose to Reigns' servant, recklessly throwing his body around in defence of his "king", and called into question the loyalty between the two. So far, so good. Then he turned his attention to Jimmy Uso, of all people. Although it would later be explained that Uso had agreed to team with Roman and Dean in a match, it seemed initially as though Wyatt had decided to start a new feud in a very random fashion - which wouldn't be the first time he's done so, in all fairness. The fact that Jimmy Uso was competing in the ring had huge ramifications behind the announce table, tragically resulting in...
