The show kicked off in earnest with a rather nondescript match between the Miz and Cesaro. The Swiss Superstar picked up a straightforward victory with a sharpshooter, a nice tribute to his recovering tag partner Tyson Kidd. The strangest part of the match involved Miz's typical posturing. Cesaro was itching to get at his opponent before the bell, an eagerness Miz took full advantage of, launching into a bizarre chicken dance before finally removing his sunglasses.
