A multi-purpose player in WWE throughout the 1990s, Luna's a performer who in being a seasoned wrestler and unique persona pushed what Sherri did for being scary and theatrical to the gothic and extreme. Luna's an intriguing figure in that when women weren't necessarily getting into the ring in WWE, Luna always presented a level of physicality outside of the ring that gave off the sense that any beef she had could've easily been handled between the ropes. As well, we can't forget the masterful job she did in getting Sable over as a mainstream wrestling celebrity. Her feud with Sable heading into WrestleMania XIV legitimized a woman who had absolutely no pro wrestling background whatsoever and turned her into a multimedia superstar who still to this day set a standard that no other woman WWE could employ could ever exceed.
