Best Match: John Cena Vs. CM Punk

Worst Match: Kelly Kelly Vs. Brie Bella

WWE in the hype for this year's Money In The Bank event rather transparently promised that it would be the best show presented under its banner. They did so because it likely infuriates them that the one of the absolute best wrestling Pay Per Views of all time was built around the emergence of "quieter" CM Punk as a made man.

Quite possibly the most heated match of all time - the Chicago backdrop was serendipitous, given the wider storyline - John Cena Vs. CM Punk easily earned its full Wrestling Observer ***** rating, so blinding was it in its manipulative, reversal-crammed construction. Equal parts anxious and cathartic, its 35 minute duration flew by, and still does on repeat viewing.

The show also played host to two blinding Money In The Bank ladder matches - the best of which, despite the relatively unglamorous field, saw Daniel Bryan lift the briefcase from its carabiner in the show's other, less heralded euphoric moment.

Capped off by another stunning entry into the scintillating Christian Vs. Randy Orton feud, Money In The Bank 2011 was so good that not even Kelly Kelly could tarnish its formidable quality.
