Jerry Lawler has undergone a variety of image changes throughout the later years of his career, progressing from an elaborate robe and crown to the far more subtle branded t-shirts he sports today. They've all revolved around the same regal theme, of course, but none capture the imagination quite like his in-ring attire. Back in his wrestling days, Lawler wore a single-strap singlet like nobody else (Andre the Giant perhaps pushes him close). The crown details or occasional flashes of gold always kept the gear rooted in his kingly persona, resulting in the perfect marriage of his over-the-top gimmick and old school background.
