Style: Escrima, Tae Kwon Do Swords cut and clubs concuss, but everyone knows there's no weapon more lethal than Attitude Era fixture and Derrick Bateman punchline Steve Blackman. Maybe it was the ring that was throwing him off, because Blackman had his greatest success during the sadly-departed 24/7 era of the hardcore championship. He reigned for a combined 172 days, the most of any hardcore champion, probably because he was allowed to carry around a duffel bag of nunchucks at all times.
