Following on from Batista - and sitting just above him in the list - is Batista's stablemate from Evolution, Randy Orton. A multiple WWE Champion throughout the 2000s and 2010s, Orton is a certainty when it comes to guys who produce heat or applause from a crowd. He is a fantastic heel, and can really work a crowd like few others when operating as the bad guy. Some of his most memorable moments have been outrageous - in particular the time when he punted the entire McMahon family in the head, including Vince McMahon himself. As a member of Evolution, he grew from the quiet, unsuspecting star into a real figurehead of the company, and makes plenty of money for the WWE with merchandising sales.
