WWE have already worn the Chad Gable vs. Baron Corbin feud out, with each match significantly worse than the one before it.

Their first clash was a genuinely awesome showdown that cast Corbin as a mean, spiteful, hard-hitting bully against a skilled but undersized technical wizard, with Gable bumping like a madman for his larger foe. WWE followed this with a surprisingly great segment in which Chad ruined the King's coronation. A 23 September Raw rematch struggled to hit the same heights as the original clash, however, and last night's third in the series was just straight-up boring.

This is the kind of bout that shows that while Corbin is one of the most improved wrestlers in the world, he still has a stinker in him. Worked at a snail's pace, it was a glacial crawl with few adrenaline spikes, and the finish was rancid, too...
