After a few more moments, Jeff Hardy comes out to the ring to confront EC3 about his defeat of his brother, but it's hard to pay attention to what the Charismatic Enigma is saying when his signature facepaint appears to have been applied by a 3-year-old...in the dark. It's all flaky and uneven, and hasn't even been applied underneath his right eye: did Jeff put it on in a hurry or something, because it looks absolutely terrible.
