21. Jeff Refuses To Attack Rockstar Spud...Because He Can?
During the opening tag match in which EC3 and Tyrus face off against Matt Hardy and Rockstar Spud, EC3 orders Jeff to hit a dazed Spud with a steel chair, but Jeff hesitates, before flat-out dropping the chair and refusing. It makes sense from a character perspective, but not really a storyline one: we still don't know the particulars of the assistant arrangement, and if there are any punishments for Jeff saying no to EC3's requests. In which case, if he's not bound to do it, why even stick to the stupid agreement anyway? It didn't matter for Spud in the end, though, because the drama kept him distracted enough for Tyrus to attack him once again and score the pin.
