9. The Height Kevin Owens Got Over Without Even Starting A Match Against John Cena
One of the main questions surrounding Kevin Owens' seemingly inevitable promotion to the WWE's main roster was if they would allow him to continue being the a** kicker that he is today. And he will be. And then some. Owens answered John Cena's US Title Open challenge by taking to the ring and cutting an unadulterated bada** promo before attacking the champ. A Pop-Up-Powerbomb later and the NXT Champions is stood over Cena with his foot on the US strap, where Michael Cole refers to the fact that Cena has rebuilt the bewildered belt and made it relevant again. Owens is thrust into superstardom almost immediately. Him standing on the belt like that after the care and attention its been given over the last few months was a true WTF moment and great viewing. Cena and Owens will meet at Elimination Chamber in a match that could steal the show and start a new era on WWE TV. Very exciting.
