25 Years Of WWE Raw Mistakes

3. 2015 - "Tater Tots" (December 7th)

Roman Reigns had been sufferin' at the hands of the writers for over a year when he delivered his fluffiest retort yet to WWE Champion Sheamus following 'The Great White's Survivor Series Money In The Bank cash-in. And delivered it again. And again. And again.

Delivering "Tater Tots" with a sneer as a lame groin gag at the Champion's expense, Reigns' cockiness grew disproportionately as he forced the dialogue further on to the crowd.

It was typical failed fan manipulation from WWE. The line was apparently only supposed to be uttered once in order to generate a chant from the audience, but for the second time that year, it would be made abundantly clear that Roman Reigns was no Rock. Garbage phrases 'Kung Pow B*tch', 'Boots To A*sses' and 'Cookiepuss' might be 'The Great One's bread and butter, but 'The Big Dog' always required from more complex carbohydrates.
