Again proving how much this show was about taking women's wrestling seriously, Apollo Crews was being interviewed backstage when Dana Brooke and Emma decided to interrupt him. Dana then bemoaned the amount of attention newbies like Crews are getting, and Crews had only one response: he's aware of Asuka's in-ring work, and Dana's going to have a very rough night. Dana and Emma then left in disgust. It was a strange and unexpected segment just because female wrestlers interrupt and berate male wrestlers so rarely in the WWE. It's usually the other way around, so to see it happening on NXT was a refreshing change from the norm. More of this, please.
