2. Cactus & Charlie Save Stone Cold From DX

The show's final segment sees Road Dogg taking on Stone Cold, though with only 5 minutes of air time left, it's pretty clear that nothing substantial is going to happen wrestling-wise. JR announces that an ambulance has reportedly arrived backstage, and within moments of the match starting, the remainder of DX head to the ring to attack Austin. Stone Cold ends up tied in the ring ropes as HBK taunts him, before Cactus Jack runs down the ramp and into the ring, with his arm in a sling and carrying a freaking IV. DX high-tail it just as Terry Funk comes down the ramp wearing a hospital gown and carrying a chainsaw, before Austin runs up the ramp to chase off DX. It's a cool moment and all, but wouldn't it have sold the dumpster spot a little more if Cactus and Chainsaw had been off TV for a few weeks? Instead it seems kinda rushed, but then, that's Russo for you!
