26 WTF Moments From WWE Raw (Aug 15)

Why on earth were we seeing SmackDown Live ads during a RAW broadcast? This was a problem that cropped up a few weeks ago but on the versions of the show I watch in the UK, it had seemed to go away.

Nope! They were back with a vengeance on last night's show which makes the whole reason for the brand split, in a kayfabe sense of course, completely redundant.

Vince McMahon told Shane and Stephanie live on RAW in front of the world that they'd be competing on all fronts. Merch sales, live event gates, and television ratings were all listed which leads me to ask why on earth RAW was driving their audience to SmackDown with adverts?

They're contributing to their own downfall here. Can't the powers that be see this major flaw in their storytelling.

We all know they're working for the greater good in reality, but this begs the question why Vince had to fill the last segment of a RAW with lies if he never intended to see them out on screen?

Both shows should be acting like the other doesn't exist!
