23. WWE Turns Down "Boring!" Chants During HHH/Kane/Rollins Segment
Triple H instructs Kane to go track down Harper and Ambrose, and then gives Kane and Seth Rollins a pep talk about being on the same page for the main event later. Rollins then calls Kane out on his recent actions, and the two start squabbling, before Trips tries to calm things down. At this point, the crowd starts loudly chanting "Boring!", and after a few more seconds of Kane talking, his microphone volume is suddenly given a massive boost, while the crowd volume is given a huge drop, to try and paper over the fact that fans aren't digging the segment. Resorting to such blatant tactics to silence fans only makes it more ridiculously obvious what's going on, plus don't the WWE want feedback from the people paying their bills?
