5. Kevin Owens And NXT Are No More..
Maybe not too much of a WTF moment, but a sobering thought nonetheless.
Owens signed a main roster contract with WWE not so long ago, and as many expected, his losing of the NXT Championship to Finn Balor at the weekend over in Japan means his time in what is still considered as the company's developmental territory is over.
This was all but confirmed when he interrupted the John Cena US Title Open Challenge. As you can see, his titantron isn't covered with NXT yellow, but instead with his own custom colours.
NXT's loss will be WWE's gain. Absolutely no doubt about that!
