Yes, this photo does look like Ryback is smiling, but when you watch the clip in full you'll see that this is a bonafide grimace on his face. Just when The Big Guy was taking his seat on Miz TV, some of the expressions he pulled pointed to one thing and one thing only. He has piles, or a similarly painful problem where the sun doesn't shine. How else could you explain it? He looked to be in some serious discomfort for a second or two.
