Adrian McCallum - known throughout the British wrestling scene as Lionheart - died on 19 June at the age of just 36. His death was ruled a suicide.

Born in Coventry, England on 17 December 1982, McCallum first starred for Insane Championship Wrestling in 2007, five years after entering the business. He trod a long, gruelling road to the top, but it all paid off for him in December 2018, when he captured ICW's World Heavyweight Championship at the promotion's signature Fear & Loathing event in Glasgow.

Lionheart's last match came on 16 June, when he defeated Alexander Dean to win the UEWA's European Heavyweight Title. A universally popular figure all across BritWres, he was a particularly effective heel performer, and also ran his own promotion, Pro Wrestling Elite, based out of Ayrshire, Scotland.

At the time of his death, McCallum was the current ICW Champion. On the evening prior to his passing, he poignantly Tweeted:

"One day you will eat your last meal, You will smell your last flower, you will hug your friend for the last time. You might not know it’s the last time, that’s why you must do everything you love with passion."

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
